He measures my progress and sets targets and programmes designed to achieve all-round fitness, such that I have discovered muscles I never knew were there! She knows what my goals are and she helps me to get the results that I want. She's a great person to have train you as not only does she know the fitness side of things but can help you with the nutritional side also if that is what you are looking for.
Overall she has a great knowledge and understanding and is a lovely pt. Although I can't say that I enjoy doing squats, I've been able to do a lot more since I first started. Jess is always great at encouraging you and keeping you motivated even if you feel you've reached that wall! I would definitely recommend her friendly and effective sessions!
