About the Business
Nevill Golf Club is a friendly and welcoming club that was founded in 1914. The course, which is located in Tunbridge Wells on the Kent and Sussex border, is regarded as one of the most outstanding in Sussex and is often referred to as a hidden gem. We offer a friendly atmosphere, excellent golfing facilities and a clubhouse with a very relaxing environment. Whilst being proud to be a members club, we welcome visitors and societies on a regular basis. The Nevill has a long tradition of encouraging and developing the potential of young golfers through its junior academy.
European Tour professionals Jamie Spence, Paul Way and Jamie Harris are all products of the academy, as is Todd Adcock who won the English Amateur Championship in 2008. A remarkable achievement by any standard. The academy is open to the children of non members from the age of 6. Further details can be obtained from the office. Members and visitors can enjoy extensive practice facilities, including a specialist short game area.
