About the Business
The members bought out Ted in 1998 when he wanted to retire and since then many developments have taken place and is continuing to do so at quite a pace. Course changes have occurred most years since the take over culminating in impressive enhancements to holes twelve, thirteen and fourteen and an increase in length to 6556 yards. New fairway bunkers have been added to the first and fourth with a superb new raised competition tee on the fourth.
The club has sections for all categories and certainly boasts one of the strongest Senior and Rabbits sections in the county together with a constantly growing Ladies section.
SKGC has an excellent social scene where you can bring your wife or partner and join in and meet new friends at any of our varied selection of clubhouse events. There are also Golfer and Non Golfer and Cross Country golfing events during the season which can include your partner and family.
