Ventnor Golf Club is the oldest club on the Isle of Wight and was founded in 1892. The course is in a very pleasant downland and cliff top setting, with probably the best views on the Island. It is unusual in that it is a twelve hole course, with six of the twelve holes being played twice. Alternative tee boxes on several of these holes providing a variation on the back nine.
